Daryl and wife Beth helped to write, lobby and successfully pass the Florida MISSing Angels Bill, on June 6, 2006, helping Florida become the 14th U.S. State to adopt such meaningful legislation. The law will affect all families in the state of Florida, and over 150,000 women and children as far back and the 1930s.

The Florida Legislature honored their efforts--which took 10 months, 10,000 miles, and over 1,000 hours work--and jointly re-named the law, "Katherine's Law," (http://www.KatherinesLaw.org) in tribute to their healthy 5 lb. daughter, Katherine, who was born still on May 10, 2005 at 35 weeks.

Professionally, Daryl is the Founder and President of Strategic Impact, a nationally acclaimed marketing and referral consulting firm based in Vero Beach, Fla. He works with business people and private practice individuals to help them improve and increase their marketing and referrals -- both offline and online. He is the author of several books, and has been nationally recognized by major media, including USA Today, Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur Magazine, and dozens others.

Daryl is an accomplished professional speaker, and discusses his family tragedy with groups and organizations of all types, openly in a positive and encouraging style, portrayed in a powerful video testimony entitled "From Tragedy To Triumph."
