Facilitator, France

Marion is the mother of two children, Job (32) and daughter Marije (28) both living and working in Holland.  She has been married to Jean-Baptiste since 2003 and currently lives in the mountains in the south of France.

Marion studied midwifery in Amsterdam and worked in that field between 1972 and 2002 throughout Holland, the first fifteen years on a daily base and later as a teacher at the school of midwifery or as a substitute midwife. Her field of study was anthropology, and she conducted research in the field of integrating foreigners in the Dutch community and facilitating newcomers to live together in the suburbs of the great cities in Holland.

Marion eventually helped to reform the Dutch medical system. She was trained in many alternative fields such as body oriented therapy, NLP, “Path” work, Art-therapy, and she completed a Masters class on working with women. Marion also worked on “The Life Change model” with Spencer and Adams.

She has been working in the field of death and dying since 1967.  After meeting Dr. Elisabeth Kûbler-Ross in the eighties she was asked to become an educator and founded a school “Spirituele Verloskunde”.

Today, Marion works in France as a therapist, instructor, coach, supervisor, and consultant. I still work with Dutch students and train facilitators in Holland.
