Why should be buy from the MISS Store?

All proceeds benefit our Family Services Program. Since we have no paid employees, all the money you spend in our store goes directly to helping families!

Are my transactions secure?

Yes. We use a secure server for processing all our orders. Our web merchant account is secure and reliable.

What credit cards do you accept?

Through our secure server, we accept Visa and Mastercard.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Most orders are shipped within 7 to 10 days.. We are located in Phoenix, Arizona so delivery in the U.S. can take from two business days to five business days.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges are calculated on the total dollar order amount. The shipping fee is calculated as follows:

$1.00 to $20.00	$4.50
$20.01 to $50.00	$6.50
$50.00 and over	$10.00

Will you ship to someone else as a gift?

Yes. Please email us at order@missfoundation.org. Reference the order number given when you placed your order and indicate this is a gift order and identify where we should ship the order to and what you would like to say to the person receiving the shipment. You may also indicate this information in the comments section on the order form.

Do you take returns?

We do not accept returns because most of our items are personalized or low ticket items.
